As part of continuing efforts to address the crisis-level problem of break-ins and auto thefts targeting hotel parking facilities, OHLA appeared at the Ohio Statehouse today to provide testimony in favor legislation which would require juvenile judges to impose secure confinement on repeat felony offenders.
